Simple no BS explanation of H1B visa procedure?

Heres my vital stats:
1. About to graduate with an MBA from a reputed UK university
2. 2 years of work experience
3. Specializing in Human Resource Management

Ok, so I know you need an employer to apply for you, that part I get, I'm talking about the parts that come after that. In particular I want to know:
- How much time will it take from gaining employment to actually getting to the US.
- The total all inclusive costs that need to be borne by me.
- What forms need to be filled and what documentation needs to be provided.
- The sequence of events of the process shown sequentially
- What else is vitally important or a must have to apply for the H1B.
- Is there anything that can give me a slight edge in getting this easier or quicker

Uncle	if you have the job offer the company files for the visa anytime after the 1st april, ..for a job start date of Oct 1st onwards time can vary from a month to 6 month in some cases should cost you very little ..your airfare maybe you provide the consulate any paperwork they want at intervew ... mainly your degree certificate etc the whole H1B is riddled with fraud good luck
