You cannot get a SSN, but you can probably get a driver's license if you take your passport with visa along with other documents like your birth certificate. Many states allow foreigners with temporary non-immigrant visas to get a driver's license or state ID if they show proof of legal residency.
No you cannot get a SSN....nor can you stay past 21 years old
Only the E-2 holder and their spouse can get a SSN ..same applies to the
children of L and H visas
BEEN MARRIED FOR 3 AND HALF YEARS AND STILL WAITING.ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH LONGER IT WILL BE.HAVENT EVEN RECIEVE AN APPROVAL NOTICE.JUST PENDING IT SAYS ON THE USCIS WEBSITE.
