How do i Migrate from Australia to the USA?

I am wanting to permanently migrate from Australia to the USA i am wondering if anyone has done this and how they went about it. and if you could give me any good pointers or websites to visit

Vivac	You have to be sponsored to enter the US permanently whether by US citizen or legal permanent resident family OR by a US employer while here on a work visa.It isn't the laws really that you have to understand just the fact of what can you offer the US that is in demand that the local populace is short of such as Nursing or a Researcher in Biology..... etc.

michelle	Marraige to American or sponsorship for a job are the main ways. Job isint an option unless you have some really advanced skills that are not avaiable in the US.
