I want to work in the USA for a year?

I am looking to go to the USA for a year to work. How do i go about this? Everyone in England seem to go for australia but id like to get work in the USA. I also already have a job offer.

Thadius Gebauer	you need a work visa , and the proper forms. Follow the rules on the INS documented forms. You will also need to submit finger prints and passport photos as well as the filing fees. I recommend using a legal company to assist in filing the proper documents and saving lots of time and money in the long run. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis click on documents. with each document comes detailed instructions. follow them to the letter.

noise.KING	You need to apply for a visa. If you've already had a job offer and can prove it to the American embassy, they might just grant you the full 12 months.
