Who have BVE n applied for permanent visa could he get married n take his wife to australia?

Ozmaniac	He cannot bring his wife to Australia while he is still on the BVE, but he may be able to add her to his permanent visa application but that will depend on which visa it is and the stage of processing it has reached. If he can't add her to his visa application, he should be able to sponsor her on a Partner visa after his permanent visa is granted.
