Â°invisibleÂ°	unlike the person in the post above, who has no idea that America is a diverse country and English is the second language to many people who has immigrated from different countries, I can TOTALLY understand what you are trying to ask. It doesn't matter where your apply, you will become the citizen of America. (not a state) though I have heard that in WA the process is much faster than CA, If that's what your looking for. hope this helps..

warren v	CA (California) and WA (Washington)? You do not become a citizen of a State you become a citizen of the Country and as a legal visitor or legal citizen you are able to move about freely (hell even illegals are able to move about pretty much where ever and when ever they want)
