No, just being married to a Portuguese citizen doesn't give you any automatic rights to Portuguese citizenship. You need to be married to a Portuguese citizen for a minimum of 3 years and pass a language fluency exam before you would be eligible to apply. If he is applying now, you would be eligible to apply 3 years after he gets his citzenship and you have passed a Portuguese language exam |
