what if my boyfriend and i married while he was on a tourist visa?

we've been in a long distance relationship for 2 years. Hes from norway and im in australia. id go to europe for the summer and hed come here in december. we're sick of being apart and only being able to be wid eachother for a month at a time cause of work n school n all. hes coming soon again. if we were to finally decide to get married while he's on his tourist visa, would there be any problems if he wanted to stay?

Quizzard	In order to apply for a marital visa, he will have to apply for it from outside Australia, and you can expect severe questioning by immigration officials to verify that the relationship and marriage are valid. You will be expected to have dates, locations of where you met and when, as well a backups by friends who can confirm the relationship. It is NOT easy or quick, and as I say, must be done from outside the country.
