I am 15 years old and i live in the state of pennsylvania and i wanna move out when im 16 years old and move in with my boyfriend who is 19 years old, can i do that with out my parents permission????

No. You are a minor until you're 18 years old and until then, you are subject to the control of your parents. The only way to do it is to go to court and be declared an emancipated minor. |

If i were your parents i would file statutory rape on that boyfriend! You are not "legal" until you are 17. It is up to your parents on that. If you go anyway, they can file you as a runaway and then the cops will pick you up and take ur butt BACK HOME to your parents. |

if you have a job and go to school than yes , .. but why you do know that will make your parents not like him more it may not mater now but it will later .are you pregnate. i was 21 and my wife was 17 at the time it was hard on us for a long time .. but what you do i hope the best of luck |
