my car will not pass emissions and i need to get it taged...i know its illigal but how would i go about doing it ? the shops says its going to cost about 2k for it to pass emissions ....so id rather just not get it fixed and do it the non christian way if you no what i mean

Pami	well, you would have to know someone who lives there and have some major bills sent there... then you would have to change the address on your license to that county (this is what you need the bills for... proof of address, check you state's dmv page for exactly what you need) then you would have to take transfer your plates and registration. and you would also have to change the address of you insurance carrier, which could cause a change in rates. if you get caught, you're in deep trouble.
