This person has stored kitchen cabinets and frig,microwave,dishwasher in my garage since last feb.I would like to know if I can send registered letter to have hime remove these things and if not do they become my property?

Of course you may send a letter. Simply order them to remove their belongings by..(date) or they will be sold for storage. Send it certified, with a return receipt though, not registered. |

As I understand it, it is not that simple. You can apply to the court to sell these things to cover the cost of storage. And you can sell them at public auction and bid on them. Then they are yours.
Or you can just put them out at the curb, and get the use of your garage. |
