ABout how much time can she get? SHe has priors and there is also a charge for child endangerment. But the ones below are the only ones that show online. Is this because these are additional charges? She was also hiding drugs on the baby. She has 7 other kids that were taken from her. Will she get this one back? Pogolaw	I'm not quite sure I understand what your asking how much time she can get for. Are those three charges listed new charges that she has been charged with or is that her arrest history? I also don't know what state your in but most states are pretty similar, a second degree felony in Texas is no more than 20 years and not less than 2 years, assault with a deadly weapon is also a felony 2, I assume serious bodily injury was caused, the drug charge would depend on the amount involved but I would imagine it would be at least a 3rd degree felony. Another thing to consider would be in the sentence phase, if she is to serve the sentences consecutively or concurrently. If she is on parole or probation she will be violated and serve out the rest of those terms. I would'nt put to much faith in online web sites as far as criminal charges are concerned unless you go to the official state sites and there is a fee involved. Also, all charges may not be displayed because a plea arrangement may be in the offing. It's kind of like, I have all these charges against you, in exchange for a guilty plea on this and this, we'll drop this and that, name your poison. I doubt she'll get the kid back.

Tyler&Chase's Mommy	Im not sure about all that. But hiding drugs on her baby? She does not deserve any of these children!!! They deserve to go to a loving family who actually WANTS them, and not just to hide her drugs. She should be locked up indefinitely!!!!

About how much time the person you're asking about can be sentenced to with the information you provided here is almost impossible to predict. The charge with the greatest exposure is the burglary (459 PC) and that carries a maximum of six years in prison. But really, it's just not possible to say without knowing more about the situation you're talking about.
