I think they do during classes, but they are allowed all other forms of entertainment, x-boxes psp's ipod's pool table's and dart boards. Not to mention their own telly. Its hardly a deterrent, they should get 23hours in darkness and an hour to eat and wash themselves. See how many people offend then. Mick |
