How do you stop a large 17 ton tip truck from parking illegally when council and the police are doing nothing ?

We are woken at all hours by our neighbour who reverses up the curb and guttering accross the nature strip and into his yard, when people complain their cars are damaged and there doors are kicked late at night, we continually complain to the police and council but they do not do anything, we do not want to break the law, but we also want to be able to reverse out of our own drive way and be able to see clearly for oncomming cars and we also want to be able to sleep at night and be woken at 2.40am or earlier. desperate for help any ideas ?

Wil	there should probably be a city ordinance about those big rig trucks.... every city is different, try to look it up on the city website you live in. i have cited big rig trucks that park illegally. So... if you figure out the section (your local police should know haha) call and request it be cited if it is illegally parked. hope i answered your question. to tell you the truth, your question confused me a bit =P
