a few weeks back my brother got in an arguement with our neighbor, and hes been making threats ever since. my brothers 23, the neighbor is like in his 40's. well someone has been messing with my brothers new car now. the other day his brakes were cut. that could have killed him if it caused a bad accident. following this someone smashed one of the headlights. there are also multiple dents all over the car, look like they were made with a hammer or something heavy. our family KNOWS its our neighbor doing this. but we have no proof, other than he was making threats and hes the ONLY person basically in the world that would have an issue enough to do stuff like this. whatcan we do? i want to be SURE tomake him pay for this damage. the car is a 08 BMW and was obviously not cheap. no one has actually SEEN him doing this, but how would we go about handling this situation?

Greg K	Install camera's where your neighbor can't see they are very inexpensive. Also have your brother file a complaint about the threats either menacing or aggravated menacing depending on what the threat was.

red top	this should have been reported and investigated the day it happened as it could have led to a charge of attempted murder if he had been killed or attempted manslaughter
