being charged with a felony,after you're arraignment,yet u never had no preliminary hearing,to find probable cause and face you're accuser,apparently thats called the arraignment now,but all that happens there is youre plea and if u r going to be released or sent to jail while waiting trial,released and told to get fingerprited,then would be released again until trial
