Law homework, and section numbers!?
|
Part of my homework is to find out sections of the criminal code and the charter of rights.
I was wondering, where do the following take place, and what is their code number?
1) Bail
2) Freedom of Expression
3) Ureasonable bail conditions
4) Organizing a protest (I don't think this would be how it's worded)
5) After refusing to talk, a police officer going straight to your door and arresting you

1. Bail is set within a courtroom, but it's a scam because bail is the price paid to free yourself from jail and if you are innocent before proven guilty in a Court of Law then you would not be in jail to begin with!
2. Everybody in the united states is free to express themselves unless the police think your expressions violates a law. Currently, since there are over 1,000,000 laws on the books,be it Federal,State,Local or, Municipalities, everybody is in violation of some law whether they know it or not and many laws need to be repealed or abolished and be removed from the books. It is the citizens that should be able to review and remove these laws not the lawmakers.
3. As stated earlier, Bail is a condition of being able to temporarily free yourself from Jail prior to being proven guilty of a violation of a Law in a Court of Law. So by having to pay Bail to begin with you are automatically guilty according to a Judge before you can prove your innocence.
4. Organizing a Protest could be subject to another Law called "inciting a riot", which would be considered anarchy, according to the law and thus is the reason for you as the Organizer to have to obtain a Permit from the State in order to have a protest. If a permit from the State, City, or other municipality for a Protest is denied you are then considered an Anarchists and subject to arrest by the law enforcement officers.
5. After refusing to talk to the police it is illegal for the police to go straight to your door and arrest you unless they consider anything you have or havent done "reasonable suspension" . If they suspect you have violated any law they can come to your home, arrest you and hold you for 72 hours and interriogate you for any period of time they wish.
Today our Judicial and Police system is nothing but a scam just to keep a money stream going into the Municipality, City, State, or Federal Financial Accounts. Every law that is created is done to make it easier for the Law enforcment officers to consider the citizen in violation of some law for the purpose of extorting money from the citizen for some alleged violation of those said laws. No laws are actually created or written for the benefit of the citizens in general. That is why it is the citizens of this nation that should be proposing ideas for laws and "We The People" are the ones that should be voting on those proposals for laws and not Congress, City Councils, or other local or State Legislatures. Remember We The People are supposed to all be Sovereign citizens and not subjects to the will or whims of a Monarchy. That is the very reason we faught for our independence from Englands King. In the real world tho, that is not the way it works out. Every law that Congress, Local, City, State, Or Federal regulators have created is in some way in violation of our Constitution. We as Sovereign citizens are supposed to be ruling ourselves, not have a Government or Monarchy ruling us. |

1) Bail: Is set based on several factors but it is always done in a court
2) Freedom of Expression: It's done everywhere. Its what allows you to speak freely
3) Unreasonable bail condition: Done in the Courts
4) Organized Protest: An organization that is designed to Protest for a cause they believe in. PETA would be a good example.
5) The Police do not come to your house and arrest you for refusing to talk. That's a violation of your constitutional rights.
Code's are based on Jurisdiction. |
