I know some oversea students, they are using fake name to apply account on BT, orange, British gas, etc. So when the bill come they don't have to pay anything. Is there any thing i can do to stop them?
...i am a foreigner too, but i just thought that people should pay for what they did.
But how ? I don't have much evidence to prove

This is fraud by false representation and is costing all of the genuine customers more to fund this type of behaviour.
I would suggest reporting it to the Police and the companies involved regardless of how much evidence you have. |

You should do something about it ...
1, they might be using someone else's identity and they're going to have all kinds of trouble they don't need ...
2, fraud is illegal ...
3, if they're your friends, and they think it's ok to do this, are they the type of friends you want to have around? I'm guessing you'd prefer friends with a moral code .. otherwise you wouldn't be writing here ...
You could report them to BT etc .. or just phone your local police and see what they suggest.

I would call the police as this is fraud, I would also contact their college! That is totally wrong. You could also try immigration . |
