A criminal is someone who breaks the law? i didn't say that everyone who breaks the law is a criminal im just asking your opinion

Chris Y	Shut up! How can you say that. Everyone is a criminal then. I can bet you my whole life saving that your parents have probaley got caught speeding before. Are they criminals? Delete this question.

Chronos	It's factually incorrect. Not every infraction results in a criminal prosecution. For example most traffic offenses will not get you arrested. Someone who goes 5 miles over the speed limit is breaking the law but they are not considered criminals. Similarly in immigration law, merely being in the country illegally is not a criminal offense, it's a civil one.
