Okay here I goâ€¦.. Well my partner is on a CBO He was to do 30 hours in 4 months but he started a new job and spoke to his corrections officer about dropping his hours (he had letter from his employee) In the mean time he was meant to go to court yesterday for a different reason but forgot about it and now the police have a warrant for his arrest. He is going to teh police station tonight. What do you think the outcome could be?

Bill T	He will be arrested for contempt of court (not showing up to court). However, he may be able to post cash bail or a bond bail through a bondsman (which usually require 10% as a fee for posting entire amount - if bail is set high). Allowing any bail to be out of jail before trial may or not be possible; however, as he did NOT show up for Court already. It will depend on the magistrate.

Vireos	He's going to be arrested, he missed court and there is a warrant out.
