well i had court about two weeks ago over my son payton. His father (Drake) ordered that the guy i was seeing (John) could'nt be around my son. Then about one week ago i find out im pregnant with John's child. John wants me and payton to move in with him to be a family. I dont know how im suppose to be with a the father of one child when the other father (Drake) is very jelious and doesnt want me the other father (John).
ok well john was court ordered from my son payton. And adoption is not an answer. i dont believe in it unless the situation is necessary. I would give up anyone for my kids. John and Drake both want a part of there childs lives luckily. The only difference is John wants a family and Drake doesnt. Honestly drake is gonna try to keep any man from Payton. John loves Payton and is VERY excited that im having his child. He's 27 and its his first kid. I want a family as well....being a single mother isnt every easy and john is a great guy that i have Very strong feelings for. Im really just confused about the whole situation.
sorry everyone...thought i did say why. John had an incident in Rhode Island 8 years ago for robbery....him and his friend were into drugs...he owed his friend money and moved. Friend reported that John stole something from his house. John did 4 months in prison and then got probation. Drake concidered him a "danger" to Payton. I understand why drake was so concerned but that happened a long time ago. If drake would take the time to talk to john he would have known the reason but drake wont talk to john even when john asked him to.

you have still NOT said why the courts gave the ok for one man to say that the other one can NOT be around your son..................WHY did they grant it.............they do NOT just hand one out because the 1st guy has his panties in a wad. |

By your inference there is a restraining order involved. You have to get an attorney to attempt to dismiss the restraining order. However, those things are not issued lightly, and usually involves abuse of some sort. If he is abusing your son, you might need to rethink your priorities. If he is not abusing your son and your ex lied on the petition, it will be easy to dismiss. |

Not enough INFORMATION, and really this forum is kinda limited in regards to getting answers for this sort of thing. You should look up a counselor or mediator, so PROFESSIONAL who can assess the situation and at least give you alternatives.
I will state this, in my opinion, your situation is of your own making and YOU will have to accept the consequences of your actions, unfortunately for your kids, they will also be affected by your actions.
Maybe it would be better to give your kids up for adoption to a stable family(?) |
