i got caught doing 121 in a 80 iknow i was not going that fast 1 k over the40 k rule been told gatsometer is at best +or- 2km accurate if i can proove that i will be under 40 ks over big differrence please can someone help thankyou

Gerhard	The best defense against that is to claim that it wasn't you driving. That way, they can't hold you accountable for the actions of whoever was driving. Do you have the photo? Is it obvious that it was you who was driving? If it is obvious, you're screwed :( Another alternative is to find a flaw in the camera. Go there, look at the setup, and check for the required calibration marks on the road, etc... (google the details).
