I recentally applied to the RCMP and was denied because of my prior drug use. I was wondering if when i apply to another police agencie, will they be able to know if i have previously applied to the RCMP and know the reason that i was decined from the application process? and if they can is that a breach of imformation? and how much can the RCMP dievulge about my realase from the application proecss like details about what drugs and when?
