Just curious. I had a story idea.

laughter_every_day	If a bounty hunter showed up with a federal fugitive in custody, the FBI would take custody, if that is what you meant. If you are asking if the FBI or any other police agency will contract with a bounty hunter to do a task, the answer is no. Bounty hunters get paid by rewards offered to the general public (rarely) or by a percentage of the bond put up by the bondsman (more common). They do not get paid a fee by government agencies.

Laslos k	I suppose. Bounty Hunters usually work for bondsmen though. If a bounty hunter caught a suspect that a bondsmen had given a bond to, and person had been a suspect in an FBI investigation... maybe!

Boo	Any agency will work with any one to get what they need. But a regular partnership would be a bit rare. Maybe a single agent who happens to know a bounty hunter.
