should the guy that robbed the doughnut shop be charged although he returned the next day and apologised and gave the money back. i dont think he should be because what if it was a dare or what if he was desperate for the money and then realised hed rather give it back than have what he wants. He shouldve got off with just a warning. why be charged he obviously has no money to pay the fine

agatha	Yes, he sholud be charged even though he returned and pay. He did the wrong move so he should pay the price, that's the law.
