driving offence in10 and revoke will i lose my licence? HELP?

i was stopped by police delivering pizzas had no buisiness insurance but was fully comp they impounded my car. the thing is at the time i had been driving less than 2 years but my court date is over the new driver 2year 6 point scheme so if i get the 6 to 8 points will i get a revoke.and what are the fines like. please help even solicitors cant give me a straight awnser! p.s i have no point but the offence in10 constotutes 6-8 points and if you have held a licence less than 2 year 6 points i a revoke what i am asking is when i was caught i held my licence less than 2 year but the court date is over the 2 year period. this offence has nothing to do with my driving skills it is a technocality
