I live in Houston. last week I got a ticket for no inspection and registration,and the officer gave me a form to plea of not guilty and mail it back to the court. There are two options: 1. I plead "not guilty" give up my right to a jury trial, and request a judge trail. 2. I plead "not guilty" and request a jury trial. I want to know which one should I choose and what should I do the next?? I appreciate very much for your help thanks

pcnova	If your inspection was not valid and the car was not properly registered why not plead guilty and pay the fine or whatever? If you plead not guilty go with a jury trial, changes are some jurors will identify with you and vote you way.
