What do I need to have if I want to set up an enterprise in the USA.

I need a small business...the profile doesn't matter. If I have it , I would buy a car for the business and ship it to Hungary with USA number plate and use it legally. Just an example: a Porsche Boxster costs 40.000 $ in the USA, and more than 80.000 $ in Hungary...

I agree, it depends on what kind of company you want. But for sure, you need money, employees and executives, share holders and much more. Google "How to start a business". Don't start at enterprise, other wise you won't get far. Start from the bottom and work your way up. Start a small business -> medium business ->large business -> enterprise |
