please help!! what will happen to me and my boyfriend in this domestic violence case?

me & my bf got into a fight. cops got called & were talking to me & my friend. he had a cut on his arm that looked like it was from me so i said that i did it in self defense becuz i thought he was goin to say it was my fault. he ended up saying i didnt do anything but i said i did scratch him but he had no mark because im not sure if i really did since he had no mark when i seen him & then he left. he goes to get stitches & cop takes his phone & sees a video of me holdin my baby tryin to grab the phone out his hand & cussin to give me the camera,. he then goes to jail & gets bailed out with a court date. we patched things up. my bf called & had asked about getting his phone back. the officer told my bf that in the vid it looked like i turned away from the camera & made a slashing motion towards him & after that the phone went black & you can just hear some explicit language. my bf said that that's not what happened to put in his statement that he was trying to film me & put it on the net to show everyone what i looked like w/o makeup & that he was doing it to be funny & i wasn't taking it that way & thats what really happened. well the phone had gotten forwarded to cps & they had 10 days to do something which they didn't. now my bf called the cop & asked for his phone back & he said that its in the d.a's hands now that he wont get it back till after court. i don't know if i should go to the d.a's office or police station & rewrite a new testimony on how nothing happened. or what i should do because i told the officer that i cut him but i didn't see that cut when i went at him in self defense. & my bf is saying i didn't cut him he got cut on a fence.. should i go to the d.a or officer to say i want nothing to do with this or just leave it alone til court or what because they took a pic of his arm & i guess some blood was on the bed becuz after he got tht cut he went to grab a towel in the room & they took a pic of that. if i dont go to testify are they going to throw him in jail & do something against me, just drop the charges cuz i redid my statement & didnt show or what will most likely happen??!!! also since cps decided not to do anything can they now since shes a newborn after the incident is almost 3 weeks old? they said they wanted me to testify but im not going to & theres no supenea so i dont have to & i wana tell his attorney tht i dont want to testify against him that it got taken way outta context that i was just mad. so im the victim but the d.a has evidence to prosectue me. can the d.a do that to me if i was the victim & hes saying that the video is something completely different! courts feb 7 2011 & i needa know answers ASAPP!!! **HES SAYING THE WHOLE TIME I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THAT HE GOT CUT ON A FENCE EVEN PUT IT IN HIS TESTIMONY. IDK HOW HE ACTUALLY GOT THE CUT ALL I KNOW IS HE HAD IT WHEN HE CAME BAK. & IN THE VID IT JUS SHOWS ME GETTIN OUTTA FOCUS & REACHIN & GOING DOWN IT DOESNT SHOW ANYTHING IN MY HAND BECUZ I DID NOT CUT HIM! I ONLY SED I THINK I DID BUT IM NOT SURE BECUZ I NEVER SEEN ANY MARKS WHEN WE HAD OUR LITTLE ARGUEMENT** fairfield, ca
