i got into a car accident with a friend, he was driving at the time. i panicked at the time as it was someones house he hit with my mums car. we ran off and he walked home and i went back to the car to drive it back home. i hopped in the car and drove off down quite a long street. when i reached the end of the street i realised i could not turn enough because of the first accident and had no choice but to locked up the back brakes and went sideways into a curb. luckily/unluckily the cops happened to be chasing me but there were about 100 - 200m behind and i hadn't even noticed. i took the whole blame including the first accident. at the moment i think im looking at -drink driving (because i don't have licence although i blew under 0.05) wreck lesss driving -driving without licence our parents know who did what and what happend. my mum is not happy that i am taking the blame for both because im saying it wont make anything beter for anyone because i drove and crashed also. my mum cant stand it that im taking the blame and she says that she will go in to change the statement her self and say that i was protecting him at the time because i was shocked. how would her actions result??

It won't help you with the alcohol charge or no DL, since that's for you driving when they caught you. What's really unfair is you putting the damages on your mom and her insurance. Go with her and straighten it out.
