If you have any ideas or advice on how I should set the answer out and points to address importantly it would be greatly appreciated
(hardly anyone answers my las questions so u also have more chance of getting 10point bonus)
i know the basis, and will pass the question but I want to do really good, so a different perspective & point of view or advice from someone who knows what they're on about would help, ALOT! thnx

Question-
Mr __ applied to the Refugee Review Tribunal for a review of a decision to reject his application for refugee. Mr __, having only a basic understanding of English, had requested an interpreter to be provided. This request was refused on a basis that he could understand some English and to provide an interpreter would be a waste of public funds.
Discuss referring to the relevant principles the grounds upon which Mr __ could seek to have this decision reviewed.

Never assume that a person is right just because he is an immigrant. Some of the nastiest, soulless ppl come from other countries. Not all are ppl with hearts of gold. Most of the American ppl are completely unaware of the millions of ppl who come here and immediately apply for welfare, food stamps and free housing. Many of those ppl seem to have enough money to fly back to their home countries for vacation, but cannot bother to work (why should they? If they work, they will give up their welfare checks). Who pays for these ppl? You and me on April 15, every year. I have nothing against helping ppl who are newspaper editors fleeing for their lives. But most of those ppl are here to jump on the American gravy train. |

-public funds would be how much? 300 million is population, a dollar from each person is 300 million dollars. The overall benefit of giving Mr. ___ an interpreter is greater than not - he may have a great idea on a subject and he could not contribute easily because of the fact he can't speak english
