My boyfriend was originaly,locked up he did 3 years and a couple months this past summer in june he was released but to a halfway house ,,now in novhe got sent back to prison for not returning to the halfway house so they are charging him with eacape 1,now I need some help on this what is the defenition of being charged with eacape 1,how mucch time can you get (my state is connecticut) nd his max out date fron original case 3and half years ago is july 31,2011. Please help me I need info on this asap

3 months to 1 year, but if it was a high felony his first conviction then up to 10 years.
And that's if he didn't injure anybody when he escaped.
Connecticut has a class A misdemeanor for escape from a half way house, unless he was charged with a felony the first time then it's class C felony for escape from a half way house. |
