How to deal with a company that's harassing me?

I used Weedman's services a little over a year ago, and I didn't like the results of my lawn. I cancelled the account I had with them countless times and told them I don't want their services, but they keep coming putting random things on my lawn and putting bills on my door. And every time this happens we tell them we already cancelled our account and we didn't ask for their services. They are rude on the phone and hung up on me a couple times as well demanding I make a payment. I'm pretty sure it's harassment and bothering me a lot because I don't want to pay for something I didn't want.
This is in Canada.
Every time I cancel my account, I wait until they tell me the whole process is finished and I'm not on their system anymore. At this point, I think they're just lying.
I've had to pay the bills, unfortunately, because they threatened to call the collection agency. Is there a way to get my money back?
