Lets bring back the death penalty for knife and gang crime?

------------------
You cannot have selective sentencing for murder according to types of murder, it doesn't work. The EU is not going to allow the death penalty back in the UK anyway. A long sentence behind bars as was promised in the place of hanging as per the 1967 legislation would be a step in the right direction but as usual the politicians fluffed it.

in an ideal world they shud chuck them inside an umanned prison and let them all deal with each other and upon completion of their time let em out if they've survived save money as well at the same time

Burnt Snowflake

Yes,bring back the birch and the death penalty.Get social workers and services to live in the real world and not a text book sociological situation.Make prisons a deterrent and not a cushy existence.Let the sensible judges voices be heard and not stifled, elect politicians who are interested in the majority and not lining their pockets and look at the human rights act again after seeing the abuses. Why waste money on appeals for migrant or criminal scum.Allow parents to discipline their kids and schools also, allow a man to defend himself and family.Take closer look at the under class who think drink and benefits are a right. If a migrant,no matter what generation has a problem with this society, commits crime, plans treason or is disruptive in any way, deal with them harshly. No benefits,no houses, jail or deportation. This society is sinking into the mire of indifference and incompetence. We have to reclaim our freedom, streets and country and stuff human rights and the P.C brigade, before it is too late.

Yes Bring back the Death penalty. Unfortunatley it can`t happen unless we leave the EU,Tony Blair signed it away when he signed the European Human Rights Charter, The Gordon Clown Ratified it when he signed the Lisbon Treaty. The Bleeding hearts argument that too many innocent people would be hung no longer holds water due to DNA testing and other forensic tests that are now available. As well as Knife and Gun Crime I would add Crimes against children, Crimes committed by foreign nationals,And Drug related crimes.

Sounds a good idea HOWEVER, given the number of innocent people deemed guilty through miscarriages of justice in the UK would you want the innocent or the real criminals hanged?. The FIRST STEP is for the General Public to have TRUST in Authority but you cannot have that while SOME in Authority escape Justice themselves through professional misconduct. There needs to be a LAW which states that anyone in authority found to be misusing their powers be subject to TWICE the punishment as meated out to ordinary people and for those Solicitors, barristers and Judges whom knowingly send innocent people to prison they themselves should take their place while being also contributory towards compensation for such people.

Hanging was quite common here in UK in my childhood and youth. A lot of innocent people were hanged, including one boy aged 16 who knocked off the hat of some ponce of a politician, but that was in the early 19thC when a person could be hanged or transported for so much as spitting in the street. Hanging a person does not make crime go away, if anything, it makes it much worse. You think living here in UK is dangerous now, you should have been here when I was born. We were not bombed once but every night for years and years. Now apparently if 30 or so people get killed in a bombing there has to be a memorial put up. What about the 500,000 of our people killed here in UK during the Nazi blitz upon our cities? Where is there memorial? Let's face it, knife crime is not new here in UK. Fact is it's rather an old way of settling an argument. Kit Marlow, a pal of Wm Shakespeare was stabbed to death in a brawl at a pub in Deptford. How many others? Did you know that the Duke of Wellington actually had a duel with someone in Battersea Park? Yep, he fully intended to kill the bounder. http://www.bookpalace.com/acatalog/DoughtyDuel.jpg http://www.kcl.ac.uk/content/1/c6/02/75/71/Strandtour07.pdf

No... that's not good enough. We need to bring back crucifixion, torture devices, etc. Not just a painless electric shock or lethal injection. I'm talking about being nailed to a cross and being locked in an iron maiden, and dying the most painful way!

taxed till i die,and then some.
Not going to happen.
