Tattoo Laws! HELP ME PLEASE!?

I am 13 now and I really like tattoo's... I was wondering what the laws were in Quebec regarding tattoo's.. I just want one small one.. Is it 14 or 16? My friend got one... and she said 14... What is it? I might not get one.. Just wondering.. It wont be anything w/ my boyfriends name or wtv.. just for me if I want one :] Thanksss

I would think you would have to be 18 to get one, or have a parent with you, giving their permission for you to get one at a younger age.
