What can I do with the excessive noise that's coming from the room next to mine in (on campus) residence?

I have a problem with a room that's next to mine. I asked them multiple times to keep the noise level down and they would not listen at all. Also, we have what's called the duty don (people who look after the residence) and, every time I call them, the people in the room next to mine still will make a lot of noise. They are being really disrespectful. I can't think of anything else to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?
