my ex took me to court for shared custady of our daughter, this was drug out for over a yr putting me using about 6,000 in legal fees...yeah i agree he has the right to file for that.....but the day before the final court hearing he dropped the whole thing, to me thats a waste of money and time on both parts, can i sue him and get my legal fees back since he filed then dropped it?????

Libra	Sue him for the legal fees. Then sue him for the legal fees incurred whilst suing him for your previous fees. Then sue him again!!! It's just going to go on and on and ON. Get your lawyer to contact his lawyer with a letter before action, threatening to sue for legal fees and request an out of court settlement of their nearest offer - take it from there! You don't want to be 12k in debt because of this timewaster do you?

Yesugi	This is America. You can sue anybody for anything. (Except you can't sue government officials for anything, because they're above the law.)
