if my landord breaches our written agreement, (twice) am i requierd to give her thirty days notice or can i just leave i have told her that we are leaving this weekend but she still wants a 30 day notice

Neil Williams	if your landlord breaches your written agreement take your landlord to small claims court with written proof.

Be Nice	I would give it to her anyway and get a copy .This way she can never say she didn't get .You can write it today and leave the next .Also make her come do a walk around your place so she and you both know that it was left properly.
