A couple of months ago, a police officer in Houston was making a routine traffic stop. The driver shot and killed him. He was an illegal who had been deported previously and didn't want to be deported again. He had just waited a couple of months and was right back. There in lies the problem. We have very porous borders, and we can expect more of the same. Today's paper says that over half of the LA jails inhabitants are illegals. |

Deported, unless they have a record, or are wanted. But before deportation, they are photographed, and fingerprinted in to a large data base. because they will come back. And soon, their DNA will be extracted and also placed in this data base. |

supposedly deported...unfortunately, they are usually just issued a ticket with a "promise to appear".... then nothing stops them from relocating, getting a new set of id and starting over again...if they even have to do that...most just dont bother to even pay attention to the law....they should be jailed a year the first time, and dropped off 12 miles out at sea the second...with a can of shark bait to keep them afloat.... |

For the most part if they haven't stolen an identity to get in or comitted any other fraud, they are deported and told not to return. |
