I had a background check done at my work.A felon/pending/conviction showed up.The bank that I work for said I can still stay there as long as a don't have a conviction. Question this is a $1000.00 check 2 years ago if I pay it it is admission and I lose my job. So what can I do? Or will it always show up pending?

Janet P	YOu forged a check for 1K? I am not sure of what your situation is. They can, and should, fire you if there is a conviction and your employment application indicates something else. The question is standard. Have you been to trial yet? This is rather confusing.

RC	If you were innocent then justice will prevail and you have nothing to worry about. It will not be pending forever. Eventually they will have to make a decision on the case.
