what should i be paid eg. anual leave

C. J.	You get paid at the normal payday. They do not have to pay you for any annual leave, sick leave, holidays, etc. They may pay you for those extras, according to their company policy, but they don't have to. They only have to pay you for actual hours worked. I'm assuming you're in the U.S. The U.K. has different laws.
