unemployment appeal in Indiana?
Find answers to your legal question.

unemployment appeal in Indiana?

I worked for 3 days in a baking company and was constantly getting horrific bruises on my arms legs and hips. I showed the people at work one and at the baking company. I ended up quiting stating that I could not physically do the job. I was denied unemployment, because I quit for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the job DUH-I quit because of the physical damage that was being done I have a hearing next week. What should I expect?

You worked 3 days - then you quit because you couldn't handle the job - then you applied for unemployment - I would not be optimistic about a favorable ruling - unemployment is available to those who are separated from their job through no fault of their own - you left of your own accord because of physical damage the job inflicted - understandably but the fact is you opted to leave - your physical being was unable to do the job required
