Can an alive person marry a dead person?

Simbha	This is the most bazaar question I have ever come across. If one is dead, what is the point in the living one marring the dead. Can the living one enjoy any of the perks of being married? If your answer to that question is no, than no they can not marry. Let the living live and the dead remain dead.
