Help what can i do now,i put all my savings into the stock market and it crashed and i lost everything,how can?

i start over in life now?I am 32 i had some money saved to go back to college and all my savings i put into the stock market on a tip of a hot stock,i thought it would double and i could buy a nice car and have some financial freedom,but it crashed and i lost it all,i am completely broke ,how can i start over when i feel like dying?I feel very limited in what i can do in life now
I put this here as the investing section are telling me to wait again till the stock market gets better,but i have nothing its already gone!thanks for your advice in advance

Somu	There was a time when I also became almost broke (not because of investing in stock market but for some other reason, which is anotehr story). My condition was so bad that I had to eat food only once a day and, on some days, I went without food so that I could save money. I will give you some tips from my experience in solving the problem:- Do you live in your own house? If yes, then give some part of the house on rent. If you live on rent, then see if you can move to another house where rent is lower. For this, you may need to go to a house, which is smaller or which is in less developed area, but that is ok. Make a habit of writing all your expenses and from time to time reivew your expenses. This will help you see if you are spending on anything unnecessary. Spend only on what is really needed and don't indulge in any unnecessary things - no matter how much you enjoy those. Stop eating outside food as that is very costly. Cook at home. Even if you do not know how to cook, then also cook whatever you can - even if it is some simple food. With practice, you will learn to cook better. See if anything you have, which you do not need and which can be solved, example, some furniture. Sell those. Yes stock market may again go up but you do not know when exactly it will go up. So take out some amount so that you can take care of your finances currently. Keep money in bank and, as I said, spend only what is really needed. Keep minimum amount at home and keep the rest in bank, because money at home tempts one to spend. No matter what happens, do not go for credit cards and do not take any loans. Are you having any job? If not search for a job immediately. See if you can do some work form home to supplement your income, such as, conducting tuition classes. All the best! ___________.

Get a job if you don't already have one, learn some budgeting strategies, keep your plans in steps as you save, and don't take an easy way out unless you are 100% sure it is a good bet.
