Married for 14 years, two children. He has never stopped "dating", stays out all night. Finally has moved out but will not sign the papers.

Are you doing this divorce without the courts? It takes 2 to make a marriage & 1 to break it. Get it in the court system and the attorney & judge will make it happen!!!Good luck!;-) |

well in the movies the women always blackmail them or they try a trade. you sign the papers and you can have this or something. Maybe he is trying to avoid alimony or maybe he is doing it to make you mad. Maybe you can find out the reason or even if you think about it you know the reason. then just try to not let it bother you. Maybe he won't get a much of a thrill if you don't yield the results he was looking for. |

Ugh, My ex-husband, did the same thing, When it came time to sign final papers, he had his lawyer put a "hold" on all proceedings. I knew I didnt want him back, It may sound horrible, but i told him, the marriage was broken, and that we needed a "fresh" start, it worked, it was final in oct 2005. He has finally moved on... I know i gave him flase hope, but I had no money, for my own lawyer ect...I really sound bad , right now.... o-well, whatever works ! good luck ! |

you can get a divorce based on abandonment you dont need him to sign.

go to the supreme court and get a divorce on cruel and human treatment. then file as a poor person and sign all the paperwork. they give the husband up to 6 months to sign and if he doesn't and you have the proper documentation your divorce will be approved within a year. |
