The question SHOULD have been, will I ever stop being so insecure. |

You gotta find yourself a girlfriend. I have had boyfriends and a fiance but never been married yet, so what, I wasn't ready. |

yes, my aunt got married at 40 so you still have time to get married. |

You may be too much of a Nice Guy (TM) to appeal to today's jaded Anglosphere woman. Perhaps you should travel to another country and meet women there.
Don't worry about being single. Marriage is grossly overrated for men these days. |

my friend who i've known since i was like 3, her parents- neither of them had ever dated anyone until they began dating in college. and obviously they got married and have been happily ever after. her older brother is like 23 and he's dating someone who has never dated before, and she is 19 and she's never dated before either! but chances are, once she does she will keep him.
it just depends how you look at relationships, some people view it as a pasttime, or as practice, or of course they really love the person, but it's different when you wait around like you have. you just value them in a different respect.
a quote that i love: "love is coming to us all." no worries : ) |

There really isn't any way to answer that. But , if you do get merried sometime in the next few years the odds are that you will make a better choice for a lifelong partner than someone who got married at 18 or 20. Statistics prove that to be true and the reason is you have more real world experience than someone just out of high school. |

well man i think you should get a girlfriend first to see how love feels and if you like it get married but ther r problems in marriage so i would say start a relation to experience how it feels =) |

You can't get married before you date someone, unless you're getting into an arranged marriage.
Take the time go out and socialize, and that doesn't necessarily mean going out to clubs. There are lots of other places to meet women and hopefully make a connection.
Research online the best places to meet people, or just hang out in your area. That should help you get out there and meet women. You never know, the first one you meet, might be the one but don't bank on it. You may have to date several people before you meet the woman you'd like to spend your life with. So don't be discouraged. |

you shouldn't bee concerned, i know that 28 might seem like the age when you should be with the right person and planning a future together but that's just an older convention. a lot of people are getting married in their thirties and forties now, so it's definitely not too late for a 28 year old. for a lot of people, you meet the one and things move swiftly and magically from there.
just enjoy the present moment and have fun until you meet the right person. |

Try e-harmony, or some other site, or go out and meet people. You'll find one. I know someone else who's around their late 20's and just met someone. :) |

Well, if you never have a girlfriend, you will never get married. Just remember, it is never too late, but you should be proactive about meeing new girls and trying to date... because if you never date, you will never get married. If you have trouble meeting people, try some singles web sites. Some of my friends have had good luck with those. |

The only way to change that is if you start dating :) |

Depends. If you sit around and do nothing proactive then yes. Go out meet new people. |

Sure, you could be one of those crazy people that meets some girl and marrys her 1 month later. If you want kids you better get on the ball for finding a girlfriend. Go to a match maker. |

My first bit of advice to you is to RELAX! I'm 35 years old and not married either. Why I am not freaking out about getting married? Because I'm busy building a GREAT life for myself!
When I was 30 years old I had the same attitude as you. Until one day I became so sick and tired of being sick and tired about being single that I decided I was going to build a great life for myself.
What does building a great life mean? It means having a career you are excited about, having friends and family you love, taking care of yourself mentally, physically and emotionally, traveling, pursuing a hobby, helping a person in need, and on and on.
Trust me, there is no need to rush into marriage. Just look at the divorce rate in the US - 50%. In my opinion it would be closer to 70% if couples didn't stay together for the children.
In order to meet a quality woman you need to like who you are. Take my advice kid and watch and see how many more women you attract. Start building your life today!!! |

I doubt you'll get married unless you get yourself a girlfriend. Getting a girlfriend is the first step. Then get another one so you have something to compare. Go for a third and then you'll start realizing the special attributes girls have that make you fall in love and want to be married. |

No you don't need to worry that you'll be alone for the rest of your life, but if it does turn out that way, don't let it define you, don't let your relationship status define who you are. And there is hope, I know a man who at 26 had never gone out with a woman before and then he fell in love with a woman, his first girlfriend, they got married and now they've been married for eight years and have adopted two children and are wonderfully happy. So don't worry, things will work out for you. |

Enjoy life. Don't rush anything. Too many people say "I need a girlfriend/boyfriend." Live your life and you will meet someone in due time. Never look for a relationship. |

wow. you need a date and quickly. what is the problem? ask friends and family members to help you be boyfriend material. ask them what they think is wrong. then try to work on that.
then you will probably get married. |

you sound lonely, if you do get married make sure it's for the right reasons and not out of desperation. |

ofcourse, just don't hurry. many women will be looking for a bachelor too and most of them like to find guys about your age because it's mature enough for men. so don't be too hard on yourself. don't rush on things or you may end up with a wrong girl. i suggest you take it slowly, go on dates, group dates, speed dating, online dating or whatever you like to meet new people or there maybe some girls in your work or neighborhood that you think would be a potential girlfriend. it's time to ask your prospect to hang out with you.
don't worry about being single and unhappy for the rest of your life because there are many others who were single but they were happy.
be patient with love. it doesn't come easily and you may never know if it's true or not. maybe the reason why you've waited that long because you haven't met the right person destined for you. you just have to wait but waiting doesn't mean you'll just sit there until someone comes to you. take the initiative to be the right man for a girl. |
