both as murder is a crime in both countries, and should not be an option to bad marriage and it's harder to get out of jail in mexico then the usa but if that's all you want to do is kill people you can't get along with, then you deserve to be in jail for life. though I'm pro capital punishement for murder crimes. |

I hate to tell you this but both. You murdered someone on american soil which means that you can be tried for first degree murder here....but the person that you shot would be on mexican soil so they would send the body and evidence to the united states so that they could sentence you. Mexico is not really "home free" anymore....and neither is Canada...they send you back. |

Since the victim and the majority of the crime scene was actually in Mexico the mexicans would get you. A mexican jail would be a good place for someone who shot their wife. I don't condone it but I can understand the urge to do so. |
