If ur not happy wuts the point in being married? Ur better off finding Mr. Right when ur divorced and single so that u don't need to have an affair. |

Not if they commit adultery first, two wrongs make it feel right. |

Its always wrong.
But if you have to justify it in order to soothe your conscience then knock yourself out. |

Yes it's wrong. If you don't love that person anymore then tell her/him. Then get separated until you get a divorce. |

It's wrong, but in some cases, understandable. |

Yes it is, its always bad to cheat on your spouse, you should leave if you are not happy but don't put them through the cheating |

Yes if you havent seperated and are awaiting divorce paper's it's cheating and grounds for a divorce where you are made to be a cheating husband ie you will really lose your *** in court |

It is wrong whether you love him or not. Or he is cheating even. You have your commitment to fulfill. If you are not happy, file a divorce. Don't degrade yourself. |

Yes. In christianity it is one of the 10 commandments of God that thou shalt not commit adultery. Whatever religion and belief we are into still we should not hurt someones feeling. |

Of course it's wrong! If your not in love with your spouse, divorce her/him. Your only going to just add to the hurt and the pain when she or he finds out. Whats wrong with peoples morals now a days. |

Yes! Its better to be upfront and tell them how you feel.
Of course it will hurt and upset them, but the pain is much worse if you discover that they have been cheating on you as well.
I know as I have had this done to me. |

Yes it's wrong to have an affair. Why don't you just end the relationship? If you're not happy, what's keeping you in it? You're just going to add to your misery and to the misery of your spouse when they discover you've had an affair. |

You know the answer is YES...c'mon...you're just looking for SOMEONE to tell you to go ahead and do it...
Besides, why ask us? You're going to do what you want anyways! If you are not in love with your spouse, then do something about it. Once your divorce is over, then you can seek another relationship. Don't be a cheater--you'll only cheat yourself out of true love!!! |

Hell no. It's only wrong when the female does it. When she does though, you can record all of this, then act like you forgive her, bang her to make yourself feel better, and then arrange a call with your lawyer. It'll of course help if you're some kind of minority and she isn't. The LGBT judge will take your case more seriously. |

Of course its wrong. The question should be would you do it. I feel that alot of people stay in marriages for different reasons. For image, for children, for laziness, as a security blanket or because of self-esteem (i.e body image, age). I think that if you feel that your relationship is hindering you from happiness then the only option is to leave.Don't add insult to injury. Their are diseases. Its selfish. But alot of people do it because they are cowards! take care |

Yes, it is always wrong to cheat on someone whether you love them or ot. It would probably be best for you if you were separated from your spouse before making any rash or hasty decisions. It will give you plenty of time to think clearly without doing something you might regret later. And also, you shouldn'tput someone through that because adultery can tear someone's life apart. Be considerate of your spouse and tell them how you are feeling. I'm sure they would want to kow.And take a break from them too. Good luck and I hope I could help you. |

Of course it's wrong. End the marriage first then be with someone else. Otherwise it is wrong, unfaithful and cheating PERIOD! It is a betrayal whether you are happy or not BECAUSE you are married and made promises to that person. If you are That unhappy then end it and be honest with yourself and them. |

Yes it is wrong, in my opinion unless you are separated and in the process of getting a divorce. Since many states require a waiting period some as long as a year every one has needs and a year is a long time to wait.
So only if you are separated from your spouse is it okay in my book. |

Yes, it is wrong to cheat. Finish stuff at home first - if you are not happy and not in love, you should at least sort that out before you decide to move on. Have you tried marriage counselling? I truly believe in working every avenue possible before you should consider divorce, and I truly believe you should finish with a marriage before you can possibly consider an alternative. |

Well, I believe having with anyone you aren't married to is wrong, but when you're cheating on a spouse then you're hurting them, too. Unless your spouse already absolutely s you, there is a be lost by hurting him/her that way.
If you're certain that things won't patch up with your spouse, and want to pusue another relationship, I would strongly recommend getting a divorce, first. In Nevada, where I live, it doesn't take that long, and the filing fee is only about $140. It may be different when you live.
Even if you your current spouse, I would strongly recommend waiting for a finalized divorce, because even evil ex's are human beings, and living through a spouse's affair can be devastatingly cruel, to anyone. |
