Grass is just grass. No matter where you go, it is grass.
Sounds like you already made up your mind and are seeking validation. Don't fool yourself into thinking you hate to do this to your husband, because you already are. Good luck with this. |

Don't be any more foolish than you are now. If the grass looks greener, then its probably because its growing over a septic tankl!! Flings are fun, but only for the moment. Stick with what's real and true. |

IT might be, but if you have any respect for yourself and your husband, you'll be content admiring it only.
Ask yourself this question - were you unhappy and considering leaving your marriage BEFORE you re-connected? IF the answer is no, then you have an obligation to set your newfound feelings aside and be the wife you always were. |

You are letting yourself this about him. If you were to divorce your husband with this guy still be there. It's a rotten thing to do to your husband. How would you feel if the shoe was on the other foot. You would throw him out the door. I think you are very low. He'll find out one way or another the truth always comes out in the end. |

It looks greener, but that's just the glare from your knight's shining armor.
Not to mix too many metaphors here, but divorcing the good guy is like trading a box of rocks for another box of rocks. Daily living tends to tarnish the armor of any shining knight after awhile. That's why when a new one comes along, one who has had time to polish the armor (in many ways) for public consumption and long-lost friend's comparison shopping, it's all over but the legal fees.
Put your sunglasses on and you'll see the grass is not only not greener, it's simply spray painted in bare patches. |

I think people have affairs when they are missing something in their own marriage. I don't think any body has it all in a relationship. No such thing as perfect, but would you really want it to be? |

I loathe cheating and cheaters because there is NEVER a reason for it. So your going to dangle your hubby on until you decide what your going to do with this man that may be using you for fun? Grow up and be a woman. Set one or both of these men free and may you get what you deserve.....really really soon. |

Same old story. Trying to justify lack of morals and scruples. You can't fool eveyone though. There are those of us who can see right through this sham. |

JustMe, sad fact that this occurs so often today especially with all these social networks now available. But fact of live is there must be a reason that you two did not connect earlier in live and soon enough the grass will need cutting and to be looked after just like the grass at your home. If you are going to be unfaithful about your marriage then at least have the balls to be honest with your husband. |

Your commitment was made to your spouse when you got married. I guess this means that you can't be trusted and anyone that gets involved with you will always have this doubt about your trust worthiness in the back of their minds.
Anyone who says that you need to think about your happiness is self centered. There are other people that will get hurt just so you can be happy.
This is a major problem with the people in todays world. It is called selfishness. The world must revolve around their own desires and meeting their own needs. |

Make sure you are sure that this guy is worth the price of losing your family and friends. When they find out how you went about this new relationship they will be on his side. If he is everything you want in a relationship and he truly makes you happy then it will be worth it and he is all you will need. Remember that it is better to end a relationship before a new one is begun. |

You have to think about your own happiness and what you want or you will just live to regret it! |

Does this guy even want that kind of relationship with you or is he seeing this as an opportunity to have a no strings thing because he knows you are married. Do you have children with your husband? You didn't mention it, but if you do you should really think about this before pursuing your "old friend". |

Jesus...what is wrong with people? Why does everyone think that cheating is the answer to everything? Stop the affair and work on your marriage! If you love your husband you'll stop this behaviour before he's seriously hurt. |

Most people find that the grass really is not greener on the other side. But then again there's that small percentage that would swear it is. Personally, I don't think Mother Nature cares who we hook up with as long as it produces offspring. |

IT IS New, exciting and the thrill etc, it is not worth giving up on your marrige for a feel good fling. |

The grass is not greener, it is an optical illusion. You must first decide to leave or stay with you husband before you decide you want to be with another man. Things that are wrong with you current marraige can go wrong in the next relationship if you do not deal with them. You did not mention anything wrong with your marriage, so I would venture to guess you were "happy" until you reconnected with the old friend. |

You need to get a divorce..you're cheating on your husband. And no, the grass is usually not greener, you're just in the "new" stage with this guy...my heart goes out to your HUSBAND..please, just be honest with him and tell him it's over. |

girl you need to step back and look at this for real... what you are doing is dangerous, selfish, and mean.... your relationship with your husband comes first... if things arent going well in your relationship, get out of it first.. then start dating... if you love your husband and continue doing this someone is going to get hurt bad.... if this is just for your ego, shame on you!.. get your self esteem somewhere else |

It is just new and honestly, do you really know him after all that fun stuff is out of the way? You are getting yourself into that situation. Hopping from one relationship to another...this world is getting more stupid... |

no, the grass is not greener. unless you have a really good reason to drop what seems to be a perfectly good relationship, then don't mess up a good thing for something that could be the pits! |

Sounds like lust to me.... The grass always seems greener on the other side. Be careful. Perhaps you should work on what you and your husbands issues are first.. |

He makes you feel like you've never felt before because what you're doing is cheating.
From my observation the grass is never greener.
One point to you....what kind of man would be with a woman who has a husband....what kind of character does this man have. |

No, sometimes it's brown and wilted. This new dude comes along and makes you feel all womanly...blah blah blah. How about working things out with hubby before jumping into the arms of another man, who is only temporary at best. And, don't be a cheater. If it's that bad at home, end it. |
