Men... serious question. Would you want to marry someone if?

Jennifer S	lol.....that's EXACTLY what my love has done for all of us. I'm mom, got 2 kids, got my tubes tied years ago. I'll take you a step further......16 y.o is screwed up to the point where he's now a ward of the State for committing a felonious theft. He's gone from the home. My husband loves my kids, treats them as his own, calls them his kids, etc. Throw in some other drama from an exwife that appeared out of nowhere announcing that his daughter wants to know him after running away from him 15 years prior to go back home to Germany. This happened this week!! Dude, you can do this if you want. I had no desire to have any more children after my youngest was born. That was 13 years ago, and it still remains true to this day. I refuse to pop out any more children because someone may have some insane desire to "carry on the family name or genes".....

Yely	A good guy would not look at any of that! He would simply be with you because he loves YOU. If you find a guy that has a problem with your kids he's probably the one with the problem! My mother married my stepdad when I was 11 and thanks to him I had my first car and I have a nice room all to myself. He never asked me to put money for the house because he wanted me to save it and pay for my needs. Now that's a stepdad!

dadvice1	Many men are not interested in having a baby. But if you are still young why would you get permanently fixed when other options are available.

kttphoenix	Me personally? no. You're dealing with a small pool of men here. There are some that don't mind not having their own children, but again, not many.

Collin Sullivan	I think that most men would want kids of their own, but as long as your able to care for a man and treat him well as he should do to you, kids wouldn't really matter. He should learn to love you and your kids. Some men do it. Men r in the most need of love.

Alex	Well..I wouldn't consider marrying someone at all I hadn't already known/dated them for a while. I'd probably have to feel she was the "one". I've always liked kids, so it wouldn't be a big deal. I've known quite a few guys that would tell you kids = deal breaker however. Then again, my step father did it.

yahoo fan	yes. but not young men who are still dogging the girls. it seems to work best if two very intelligent people who both have kids and come from similar backgrounds. that is one where religion can be very important because of the kids mostly. there must be a meeting of the minds and well thought out. maturity and acceptance is the key. impulsive, dominate people will be like the calico cat and the ghingham dog. they will just eat each other up as time goes by.

heckyah	why wouldnt someone want to ?? the person that will end up marrying you will love u for you and accept who u are.Everyone has someone out there for them ... not all men want kids.... like lets flip the question... if i was a divorced guy with two kids and just got fixed would you marry me???

Tiare	I am not a man but I will tell you this. go into ANY infertility clinic in America and you will find women who had tied their tubes, got divorced, got a new husband and now want to have a baby with the new guy. And it is not easy nor cheap to have a baby after a tubal sterilization. besides that, a foxy mama like you probably has no problem attracting all the guys. so, if you think at all that divorce is in your future dont get sterilized. I am not kidding, it happens every day-get the mirena iud instead-better protection against pregnancy than sterilization, lasts 5 yrs, and is reversible. dont close a door that you cant ever open again

Robbie Dee	That depends on the person...some will be okay with raising step children and not having children of their own but I think that many men would like to have children of thier own if they haven't previously had any. If in doubt stick to birth control.

Chriztina	My boyfriend has 2 kids from a previous marriage and is also fixed. We've talked about having a child one day far down the road and we know it will be a serious decision because he'll have to go back for surgery. But yes, I still want to marry him.

kookoo4travel	I'm not a man, but I know of a very succesful man that married a girl that had 6 kids!!! Ofcourse, he married her after she divorced her loser/wife-beater hubby. That girl won the lotto, that's all I know. Some men don't care who they marry. THIS GOES TO SHOW THE POWER OF TRUE LOVE!!!!

Brian N	Honestly, no. I always had the dream of getting married once, and having kids with that woman, without any other connections, i know that sounds mean, but thats how i always imagined myself.
